Dette tidligere tekstilfirma ligger i en bøjning af Molenbeek, ved siden af Brembosmolen. Firmaet blev grundlagt i 1921 af familien Annicq og var specialiseret i at spole og farve tekstilfibre. Bygningen er bevaret og restaureret med respekt for sin arkitektoniske fortid. Nu er her De Kulturfabrik, et unikt eventssted foden af Muziekbos.
