Esta antigua empresa textil se encuentra en un recodo del Molenbeek, junto al Brembosmolen. La empresa fue fundada en 1921 por la familia Annicq y se especializó en el bobinado y teñido de fibras textiles. El edificio ha sido conservado y restaurado con respeto por su pasado arquitectónico. Ahora aquí se encuentra De Cultuurfabriek, un lugar de eventos único al pie del Muziekbos.
