MS-Klinikken eller MS- og Rehabiliteringscenteret er et hospital og center i Overpelt i den belgiske kommune Pelt, der behandler patienter med multipel sklerose og andre personer med muskelsygdomme og Parkinsons sygdom.
Centret har en kapacitet på 120 senge og tilbyder derudover i et ambulant rehabiliteringscenter plads til yderligere 150 patienter. Rundt om MS-Klinikken er der bygget 45 forskellige boliger i boligområderne Lindelheide og De Zilverberk, specielt til patienter og eventuelle partnere. MS-Ligaen Flandern er også beliggende i dette center.
