La Clínica de Esclerosis Múltiple o el Centro de Esclerosis Múltiple y Rehabilitación es un hospital y centro en Overpelt, en el municipio belga de Pelt, que trata a pacientes con esclerosis múltiple y otras personas con enfermedades musculares y Parkinson.
El centro tiene una capacidad de acogida de 120 camas y además ofrece en un centro de rehabilitación ambulatorio espacio para 150 pacientes adicionales. Alrededor de la Clínica de Esclerosis Múltiple se han construido 45 casas diferentes, en las zonas residenciales de Lindelheide y De Zilverberk, especialmente para los pacientes y sus posibles parejas. La Liga de Esclerosis Múltiple de Flandes también tiene su sede en este centro.
