Die MS-Klinik oder das MS- und Rehabilitationszentrum ist ein Krankenhaus und Zentrum in Overpelt in der belgischen Gemeinde Pelt, das Patienten mit Multipler Sklerose und anderen Personen mit Muskelkrankheiten und Parkinson behandelt.
Das Zentrum verfügt über eine Aufnahme-Kapazität von 120 Betten und bietet zusätzlich in einem ambulanten Rehabilitationszentrum Platz für weitere 150 Patienten. Rund um die MS-Klinik wurden 45 verschiedene Häuser in den Wohngebieten Lindelheide und De Zilverberk speziell für die Patienten und eventuell Partner gebaut. Die MS-Liga Flandern hat ebenfalls ihren Sitz in diesem Zentrum.
