For at rehabilitere kloakkerne prioriterer VIVAQUA metoder, der i videst muligt omfang begrænser generne for de omkringboende. En af de mest anvendte teknikker består i at fordoble den eksisterende kloak med skaller af polyester og glasfiber. VIVAQUA har besluttet selv at producere de skaller, den har brug for. Fabrikken, som er unik i Belgien, blev indviet i Anderlecht i 2020. Disse skaller bruges af VIVAQUA til at renovere de Bruxelles' kloakker.
