Navnet på statuen er 'Vaartkapoen', og det er en forældet skældsord for havnearbejder. Kapoen hakker Agent 15 en reje. Bag denne uskyldige spøg skjuler der sig en hård virkelighed. Under Molenbeeks industrielle højtidspunkt brød der regelmæssigt demonstrationer ud for bedre løn- og arbejdsforhold. I stedet for at give politiet en reje, blev der kæmpet alvorligt imod dem, hvilket fik regeringen til at beslutte at bygge en grænsepoliti-kaserne langs kanalen. I dag er denne tidligere kaserne kendt som Klein Kasteeltje.
