Chateau de Haut-Neubois blev bygget i 1908.
Det er først og fremmest ferieopholdet for familien Peltzer, en mægtig dynasti af silkeproducenter fra Verviers. Det blev i 1018 beslaglagt af kejser Wilhelm II for at modtage sine vigtigste gæster og officerer. Det vil derefter blive et centrum for social støtte til mindre bemidlede børn (Les Petits Sapins Des Ardennes), der søger at få den friske luft fra Ardennerne.
Siden 1984 har det været ejet af CERAN-gruppen, den anerkendte sprogskole.
