Parlamentsbygningen i Bern eller det Føderale Palæ er det føderale parlamentsbygning i Bern i Schweiz. Det er sædet for de to kamre i den schweiziske Forbundsforsamling, nemlig Nationalrådet og Kantonsrådet. Det er også sædet for Forbundsrådet, den schweiziske føderale regering.
Bygningen er designet af arkitekten Hans Auer og blev åbnet den 1. april 1902. De samlede omkostninger var cirka 7.198.000 schweizerfranc.
