Sempione-passet eller Sempione er et alpepas med en højde på 2.005 meter i Schweiz, i kantonen Valais, få kilometer fra grænsen til provinsen Verbano-Cusio-Ossola i Italien.
Passet er konventionelt den grænse, der skiller de Penninske Alper mod vest fra de Lepontinske Alper mod øst. Det tager navn efter landsbyen Sempione, som ligger på den sydlige side i schweizisk territorium. Det forbinder Saltina-dalen og Divedro-dalen, der henholdsvis tilhører vandløbene Rhône og Toce.
