Ilanz/Glion er en kommune og by i den schweiziske kanton Graubünden, og er en del af distriktet Surselva.
Af de næsten 4300 indbyggere bor lidt mere end halvdelen i byen Ilanz, som på retoromansk hedder Glion. Kommunen har haft et dobbelt navn siden 2014. I det år blev kommunen desuden udvidet med Castrisch, Ladir, Luven, Pitasch, Riein, Ruschein, Schnaus, Sevgein, Duvin, Pigniu, Rueun og Siat. Landsbyerne taler overvejende retoromansk, Ilanz selv er primært tysktalende.
