Ilanz/Glion è un comune e luogo nel cantone svizzero dei Grigioni e fa parte del distretto di Surselva.
Dei quasi 4300 abitanti, poco più della metà vive nella cittadina di Ilanz, che in retoromancio si chiama Glion. Il comune ha un nome doppio dal 2014. In quell'anno il comune è stato inoltre ampliato con Castrisch, Ladir, Luven, Pitasch, Riein, Ruschein, Schnaus, Sevgein, Duvin, Pigniu, Rueun e Siat. I villaggi sono prevalentemente di lingua retoromanza, Ilanz stesso è soprattutto di lingua tedesca.
