Lukmanierpasset forbinder kantonerne Graubünden (Disentis/Mustér) og Ticino (Biasca). Passet er 1.914 m højt, og længden er 65 km. Passet er grænsen mellem det retoromanske og det italienske sprogområde. Passo del Lucomagno stammer fra det latinske "Lucus magnus", hvilket betyder stor skov. Naturparken Lukmanierpasset er præget af alpeenge, moser og nåleskove med fyr og lærk.
