Moesa er en 47 km lang flod, en biflod til Ticino, som flyder gennem de schweiziske kantoner Graubünden og Ticino.
Den udspringer i Val Vignun nær San Bernardino Pass og strømmer, sammen med motorvejen A13, gennem Val Mesolcina mod Roveredo, hvor den modtager floderne Calancasca og Traversagna. Nær Arbedo-Castione løber Moesa ud i Ticino.
