Station Lausanne er den vigtigste jernbanestation i byen Lausanne i den schweiziske kanton Vaud. Det er et vigtigt knudepunkt i det schweiziske jernbanenet. Med 27 millioner passagerer om året og 650 tog om dagen er det også blandt de ti travleste jernbanestationer i landet.
Stationen betjenes ikke kun af SBB-CFF-FFS, men også af højhastighedstog fra Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français og internationale tog fra Cisalpino. Med TGV er der en direkte forbindelse fra Lausanne til Gare de Lyon i Paris. Cisalpino EuroCity Monte Rosa fra Station Genève-Cornavin til Milano Centrale stopper der. Stationen ligger i det nationale netværk på Jurafusslinjen, Mittellandlinjen og Simplonlinjen.
