Stationen Interlaken Vest er efter stationen Interlaken Øst den mindre af de to stationer i den berner kommune Interlaken. Den ligger på Thunersøbanen og betjenes udover af regionaltog også af alle tog i fjerntrafikken, der går til Interlaken Øst, herunder Intercity- og ICE-tog. Stationen ejes af BLS, men betjenes også af tog fra SBB.
Stationen blev åbnet den 12. august 1872 som Interlaken i forbindelse med første etape af Bödelibahn. Næsten to år senere fulgte forlængelsen over Interlaken Toldhus til Bönigen. Hovedårsagen til denne jernbanebygning var den afstand, der skulle overbruges mellem Thuner- og Brienzersøen i Interlaken.
