Rugenbräu er et bryggeri i Matten ved Interlaken i Berns Oberland i Schweiz. Siden grundlæggelsen har det været i familiejord.
Virksomhedens rødder går tilbage til et bryggeri med destilleri, som den store råd Christian Indermühle fra Kiesen byggede i 1866 på Gasthausmatte ved Hotel Interlaken. Efter hans død overtog hans sønner Carl og Albert bryggeriet og oprettede i 1875 en klippehule i Rugen til opbevaring af øl, en bjerg nær Interlaken.
