Rugenbräu es una cervecería en Matten cerca de Interlaken en el Oberland bernés en Suiza. Ha estado en manos de la familia desde su fundación.
Los orígenes de la empresa se remontan a una cervecería con destilería que construyó el Gran Concejal Christian Indermühle de Kiesen en 1866 en la Gasthausmatte de la posada Hotel Interlaken. Tras su muerte, sus hijos Carl y Albert se hicieron cargo de la cervecería y construyeron en 1875 una cava en la roca en el Rugen, una montaña cerca de Interlaken, para el almacenamiento de la cerveza.
