Bykirken i Biel er en sakral bygning for den reformerte menighed i Biel/Bienne. Den ligger på Kirchgässli i den gamle bydel og er et kulturarv af national betydning.
Bykirken blev første gang nævnt i år 1228. Kirken var oprindeligt viet til den hellige Benedikt af Nursia og tilhørte indtil reformationen i 1528 bispedømmet Lausanne.
