Andermatt Station er en knudepunktstation for Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn i nord for Urner kommune Andermatt. Udover de regionale tog fra MGB og Glacier Express er Andermatt Station et vigtigt knudepunkt for postbusslinjerne over de omkringliggende alper.
Stationen blev åbnet under første verdenskrig den 11. juli 1917, da driften af Schöllenenbahn, i første omgang kun om sommeren, blev påbegyndt. I 1925 blev der indført drift hele året, og året efter blev hovedstrækningen af Furka-Oberalp-Bahn fra Disentis til Brig åbnet i sin helhed.
