Neuchâtel Xamax FCS er en fodboldklub i byen Neuchâtel i Schweiz, dannet i 2013 ved fusionen af Neuchâtel Xamax og FC Serrières, efter konkursen af Neuchâtel Xamax FC i januar 2012.
I februar 2012, efter konkursen af Neuchâtel Xamax, blev "Fondation Gilbert Facchinetti" indviet.
Arbejdsgruppen samler mange aktører, herunder byens Neuchâtel, staten Neuchâtel, Swiss Football League og finansielle partnere.
Målet med fonden er at fremme og organisere elitefodboldpraksis for juniorer i Neuchâtel.
Samtidig, under ledelse af den nuværende formand for førsteholdet, Christian Binggeli, arbejder bestyrelsen for Neuchâtel Xamax 1912 SA på at genopbygge flagskibsholdet ved at bevare en god del af de under 21 år, M21, fra det tidligere Neuchâtel Xamax FC.
