Khirokitia er et arkæologisk sted på øen Cypern, der daterer sig fra den neolithiske tidsalder. Det har været opført som et verdensarvssted af UNESCO siden 1998. Stedet er kendt som et af de vigtigste og bedst bevarede forhistoriske steder i det østlige Middelhav. Meget af dets betydning ligger i beviserne for et organiseret funktionelt samfund i form af en kollektiv bosættelse med omgivende befæstninger til fælles beskyttelse. Den neolithiske aceramiske periode er repræsenteret af denne bosættelse og omkring 20 andre lignende bosættelser spredt over hele øen.
