Polsk-Tjekkisk Venskabsti er en offentlig gangsti i Karkonosze-bjergene. Stien løber på begge sider af den tjekkisk-polske grænse, langs hovedkammet og krydser eller passerer alle dets toppe. Vedligeholdelsen af stien udføres af personalet fra de to tilstødende nationalparker: Polsk Karkonosze Nationalpark og Tjekkisk Krkonošsko Nationalpark. Stien er markeret med rødt, og skiltningen er for det meste tosproget. Startpunktet ligger på Szrenica, og endepunktet i Okraj Pass/Pomezní boudy; længden af stien er ca. 30 km; sværhedsgraden er moderat. Stien overlapper delvist med skistier.
