Kirken til Sankt Nikolaus er en barokkirke i den Lesser Town i Prag. Den blev bygget mellem 1704-1755 på stedet, hvor der tidligere stod en gotisk kirke fra det 13. århundrede, som også var helliget Sankt Nikolaus. Den er blevet beskrevet som det største eksempel på pragisk barok. Den originale gotiske sognekirke til Sankt Nikolaus, som daterede sig tilbage til det 13. århundrede, stod på stedet for den nuværende kirke. Engang efter 1620 blev den givet til jesuitterne, og sognet blev overført til St. Václavs Kirke. I 1628 åbnede de en grundskole og en junior high school.
