Oldendorf er en kommune i Landkreis Stade i Niedersachsen og medlem af Samtgemeinde Oldendorf-Himmelpforten. Udover den navngivne hovedby hører også de lokaliteter, Kaken, Timmerlade, Sunde, Weißenmoor og Siedlung Oldendorf til kommunen.
I august 1959 hærgede en stor mose- og hedebrand i Hohen Moor nær Oldendorfer See, som først kunne slukkes efter fire uger.
