Volkach er en by i Bayern i districtet Kitzingen i Niederfranken og sæde for administrationsfællesskabet Volkach. Den lille, historiske by ved Main er et vigtigt vin- og turiststed i det franske vinområde. I rumplanlægningen i Fristaten Bayern betragtes Volkach som et mellemcenter til regionscentret Würzburg.
Volkach ligger i den nordlige del af Kitzingen-distriktet i det sydøstlige Niederfranken. Byen danner den nordlige afgrænsning af distriktet og grænser op til distriktet Schweinfurt mod nord, byen Prichsenstadt mod øst, markedsbyen Wiesentheid mod sydøst, kommunen Schwarzach am Main mod syd samt de to landsbyer i administrationsfællesskabet Volkach, Sommerach og Nordheim. Mod vest grænser distriktet Würzburg op til byen.
