Dreschvitz er en kommune i den sydvestlige del af Landkreis Vorpommern-Rügen på øen Rügen i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Kommunen administreres af Amt West-Rügen med hovedkontor i Samtens.
Dreschvitz: Den første skriftlige omtale blev fundet i 1314 i en registrering af et gammelt ejendomspapir. Oprindeligt som en vejkøbing med fire store godser var Dreschvitz kun tre kilometer fra den gamle såkaldte saltskovvej.
