Baltmannsweiler er en kommune i Landkreis Esslingen i Baden-Württemberg. Den tilhører regionen Stuttgart og den europæiske metropolregion Stuttgart.
Det skovrige kommunale område Baltmannsweiler ligger i en højde på omkring 290 til 465 m over havets overflade i Schurwald. Byens centrum i den navngivende delby ligger i en lige linje omtrent fire og en halv kilometer nordøst for Plochingen og omkring ti kilometer øst for centrum af Kreisstadt Esslingen am Neckar. De to steder i kommunen ligger i en fælles rydningsø på et bjergkam, der drænes af Reichenbach ved kommunens rand og Lützelbach ved dens sydvestlige rand til Fils samt i vest og nordvest af øvre løb af Schweizerbach til Rems.
