Deißlingen ligger ved den øvre del af Neckar, cirka syv kilometer fra hovedbyen Rottweil i regionen Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg. I Deißlingens område ligger også statsbanegården Trossingen.
Kommunen Deißlingen grænser mod nord til Zimmern ob Rottweil og Rottweil, mod øst til Aldingen og Trossingen, begge i Landkreis Tuttlingen, mod syd til Villingen-Schwenningen og mod vest til Dauchingen og Niedereschach, alle tre i Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis.
