Marienwerder er en kommune, der hører under amtet i Barnim i delstaten Brandenburg. Den er medlem af Biesenthal-Barnim Amt. Marienwerder er samtidig en bydel i den navnkundige kommune.
Marienwerder har siden 1817 tilhørt Kreis Niederbarnim i provinsen Brandenburg og fra 1952 til Kreis Bernau i DDR-distriktet Frankfurt. Siden 1993 ligger kommunen i det brandenburgiske Landkreis Barnim.
