Surwold er en kommune i den tyske delstat Nedersaksen. Kommunen er en del af Samtgemeinde Nordhümmling i Landkreis Emsland. Surwold har 4.273 indbyggere.
Blandt de berygtede 15 nazilejre Emslandlager hørte Kamp Börgermoor til fra 1933-1947, hvor tvangsarbejderne, ligesom i lejr 7 Esterwegen, skulle udføre hårdt arbejde i tørveproduktionen og udnyttelsen af højmoser. I denne lejr opstod den kendte Moorsoldatenlied.
