Klotten er en by i den tyske delstat Rheinland-Pfalz og er en del af Landkreis Cochem-Zell. Klotten har 1.245 indbyggere.
Stedet nævnes allerede i et dokument fra år 698. Den tidligere dronning af Polen, Richeza af Lothringen, datter af pfalzgreven Ezzo af Lothringen, en barnebarn af kejser Otto II, opholdt sig med sine tre børn fra 1040 til 1049 sandsynligvis i Klotten. I Klotten havde hun ladet bygge et kapel og et boligttårn. Hendes bolig og kapellet var forbundet med en bro. Ifølge et forfalsket dokument skulle hun efter sin død den 21. marts 1063 have efterladt sin hele ejendom til det benediktinske kloster Brauweiler, som hendes forældre havde grundlagt i nærheden af Köln. Hendes sarkofag befinder sig nu i Kölnerdomen, til venstre bag hovedalteret, i de Hellige Tre Kongers kapel.
