Großenlüder er en kommune i den østlige del af Landkreis Fulda i Hessen, beliggende ved de østlige skråninger af Vogelsberg.
Großenlüder ligger i en højde af 245 til 420 meter ved de østlige skråninger af Vogelsberg. Den højeste punkt i kommunen er Finkenberg med 420 m. Her lå der indtil 1990'erne en HAWK-flyvebådsraketposition for de amerikanske styrker. Großenlüder ligger omkring elleve kilometer vest for Fulda.
