Plattenburg er en vandborg ved den amtsfrie kommune Plattenburg i Prignitz-distriktet i det nordvestlige Brandenburg. Det er også en del af kommunen Kletzke, en bydel i Plattenburg kommune. Plattenburg blev første gang nævnt i skriftlige kilder i 1319.
Borgen ligger i Prignitz. På grund af dens maleriske beliggenhed i det skov- og vandrige område var borgen i middelalderen sommerresidens for biskopperne af Havelberg bispedømme.
