Espelkamp [ˈɛsplkamp] er en by i det nordøstlige Nordrhein-Westfalen. Den tilhører Minden-Lübbecke distriktet i Detmold regeringsområde.
Espelkamp blev første gang nævnt i 1229 og voksede i efterkrigstiden op på resterne af en tidligere hær munitionanlæg, først som et lager for krigsflygtninge og senere som en moderne planbebyggelse for fordrevne og immigranter til byen.
