Niebüll er en lille by og luftkursted i Nordfriesland i Schleswig-Holstein. Siden 2008 har Niebüll været sæde for Sydtondern Kommune. Byen er især kendt for sin funktion som afgangspunkt for bilfærgetransporten Niebüll–Westerland på det nordfrisiske fastland.
Niebülls byområde strækker sig mod nord i det naturmæssige område Nordfriesisk Marsk. Sydøstligt strømmer vandene fra Lecker Au fra Geest-kanten ved den navngivne lokalitet mod sydvest ind i den nordfrisiske Vadehavet i Nordsøen.
