Samtkommunen Brome er en samkommune i den niedersaksiske Landkreis Gifhorn. De syv kommuner Bergfeld, Brome, Ehra-Lessien, Parsau, Rühen, Tiddische og Tülau gik sammen i 1974 for at sammenlægge deres forvaltningsopgaver. Samtkommunen omfatter det ubeboede område Giebel i det navngivne Giebelmoor som en enklave. En anden samkommune Brome eksisterede fra 1965 til 1974.
Samtkommunen Brome ligger i den sydøstlige del af Lüneburger Heide og nord for Volkswagenbyen Wolfsburg i bynetværket Wolfsburg, Gifhorn, Wittingen, Salzwedel og Klötze. Højden varierer fra 56 til 111 m over NHN. I syd ligger Vorsfelder Werder og øst for dette Drömling, mens nordenden betegnes som Bromer Land.
