Kleßen-Görne ligger ca. 70 km nordvest for Berlins bygrænse og ca. 15 km nordøst for Rathenow, syd for lavlandene i Rhinluch, mellem den op til 77 meter over NHN høje bjergryg Landchen Friesack og den sydligt beliggende Store Havelländske Hovedkanal. I nærheden af bydelen Kleßen ligger Kleßener Sø med en lille campingplads, ved Görne ligger Görner Sø i det navnlig naturschutzområde.
Kommunen består af bydelene Kleßen og Görne med den beboede del Dickte samt boligområdet Görner Mühle.
