Hemslingen er en kommune i den nedersaksiske Landkreis Rotenburg. Hemslingen er en del af Samtgemeinde Bothel - med 27,47 km² den næststørste arealkommune inden for Samtgemeinde.
Hemslingen ligger cirka 14 km sydøst for Rotenburg, 8 km nordvest for Neuenkirchen, 6 km øst for Bothel og 10 km vest for Schneverdingen. Bruchwiesenbach løber mellem de to bydele. Den højeste punkt er Hollerberg med 52,8 m over NHN.
