Bad Bramstedt er en lille by i Segeberg-kredsen. Bad Bramstedt er anerkendt som et mudderhelsested og ligger midt i Holsteiner Auenland i det sydlige Slesvig-Holsten. Titlen "Bad" har byen haft siden 1910.
Bad Bramstedt ligger 49 kilometer sydvest for Kiel, 54 kilometer vest for Lübeck og 42 kilometer nord for Hamborg ved den historiske Ochsenweg. Altona-Kieler Chaussee gik gennem byen. Denne cirka 94 kilometer lange landevej blev bygget mellem 1830 og 1832. I byen dannes Bramau ved sammenløbet af Osterau og Hudau.
