Mistorf er en kommune i Landkreis Rostock i Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Kommunen ledes af Amt Güstrow-Land med sæde i den ikke kommunalt tilhørende by Güstrow.
Kommunens område Mistorf ligger mellem byerne Güstrow og Schwaan, cirka 30 km syd for Rostock. Området er let bakket, og bydelen Neu Mühle ligger ved Mühlbach, der flyder mellem dalene af Warnow og øvre Recknitz i retning mod syd til Nebel.
