Wörlitz er en bydel i byen Oranienbaum-Wörlitz i Wittenberg kommune i Sachsen-Anhalt. Den er kendt for den UNESCO-verdensarv-listede Wörlitzer Park og er et officielt anerkendt ferieområde.
Wörlitz ligger syd for Elben i biosfærereservatet Mittelelben mellem Dessau-Roßlau og Wittenberg. Området omkring Wörlitz er fladt og gennemskæres af talrige gamle Elbe-vandløb samt grøfter og bække. Resterne af sanddyner fra den seneste istid er de eneste, kun få meter høje forhøjninger. Det største gamle vandløb er Wörlitzer Sø, der ligger umiddelbart nord for byen.
