Höpfingen er en kommune i Neckar-Odenwald-kredsen i Baden-Württemberg. Den tilhører den europæiske metropolregion Rhein-Neckar. Kommunen danner sammen med nabokommunerne Walldürn og Hardheim en kommunalforvaltningsforening.
Kommuneområdet ligger på den sydøstlige skråning af den bageste Odenwald og har andel i det nordlige byggegrund. Kommuneområdet ligger delvist i naturparken Neckartal-Odenwald mellem 308 og 446 meter højde. Mod øst er Höpfingen omgivet af kommunen Hardheim og mod vest af byen Walldürn.
