Otterndorf er en lille by i Niedersachsen – indtil 1977 var det hovedbyen i Land Hadeln – som ligger både ved udmundingen af Elben og ved Medem, der her løber ud i strømmen samt den Elbe-Weser skibsfartsvej. Nordsee-kurbyen Otterndorf tilhører Samtgemeinde Land Hadeln og Cuxhaven kommune. Dets særlige kendetegn omfatter den historiske bindingsværks- gammelby.
