Milmersdorf er en kommune i Landkreis Uckermark i Brandenburg. Den administreres af Amt Gerswalde med hovedsæde i den navngivne kommune.
Den uckermärkiske kommune ligger i et skov- og søfyldt område mellem byerne Prenzlau, Joachimsthal og Templin. Kommunens område strækker sig mod syd ind i Schorfheide og har andele i Biosfærereservatet Schorfheide-Chorin. Det bakkede landskab når nært ved bydelen Hohenwalde en højde på 109 m over NHN. Den største sø i kommuneområdet er Kölpinsee.
