Höhn er en kommune i Westerwaldkreis i Rheinland-Pfalz. Den tilhører Verbandsgemeinde Westerburg. Med omkring 3000 indbyggere på 13,68 kvadratkilometer er Höhn, efter byen Westerburg, den største kommune i både areal og indbyggertal i Verbandsgemeinde.
Siden 1969 har Höhn bestået af delene Höhn-Urdorf, Oellingen, Schönberg og Neuhochstein. Med undtagelse af Neuhochstein er alle delene i de seneste 50 år smeltet sammen, men viser stadig i deres gamle bykerner kendetegnene ved selvstændige landsbysamfund. Höhn-Urdorf er den største og centrale del af kommunen.
