Dürrholz er en lokal kommune i Neuwied-distriktet i den nordlige del af Rheinland-Pfalz. Kommunen ligger i Westerwald og tilhører Puderbachs sammenslutning.
Bakker og små dale beskriver geografi i lokalkommunen Dürrholz. Den geografiske højde varierer mellem 230 m i Grenzbachtal ved Werlenbach til 360 m over NHN på højden mellem Daufenbach og Linkenbach. Muscheider Bach, der Daufenbach og Werlenbach løber gennem kommunen og munder ud i Grenzbach, der igen munder ud i Wied.
