Porz er en bydel beliggende øst for Rhinen i det sydøstlige område af den måneskinnede by Köln. I bydelen boede der ved udgangen af 2021 ca. 113.500 indbyggere på et areal på 78,78 km². Gennem Køln-loven i forbindelse med reformen af områderne i Nordrhine-VestfaLlen har den tidligere by Porz tilhørt Köln siden 1. januar 1975. Den dengang nyetablerede bydel Porz er arealmæssigt den største i byen. Den omfatter bydelen Poll, som allerede var blevet indlemmet før 1975, men ikke den tidligere Porzer bydel Heumar, som blev samlet med Kølns bydel Rath til Rath/Heumar og siden da tilhører bydelen Kalk. Som selvstændig by var Porz indtil indlemmelsen en del af den Rheinisch-Bergische kreds.
