Porz is een stadsdeel of Stadtbezirk van Keulen, Duitsland. Het ligt aan de rechterkant van de Rijn in het zuidoosten van de stad. Porz is het grootste stadsdeel van Keulen qua oppervlakte met 78,92 km2 en heeft 113.500 inwoners.
Porz grenst aan de Keulse stadsdelen Kalk en Innenstadt in het noorden, Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis en Rhein-Sieg-Kreis in het oosten en zuiden, en de Rijn in het westen. Aan de overzijde van de rivier ligt het Keulse stadsdeel Rodenkirchen.
