Schulenberg i Oberharz er en landsby i bjerg- og universitetsbyen Clausthal-Zellerfeld i Harz i den niedersächsiske Landkreis Goslar. Fra 1972 til 2014 tilhørte den tidligere selvstændige kommune Samtgemeinde Oberharz. Siden 2015 er Schulenberg i Oberharz sammen med bjergbyen Clausthal-Zellerfeld, bjergbyen Altenau og bjergbyen Wildemann en del af den nyoprettede bjerg- og universitetsby Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Siden da danner Schulenberg i Oberharz og bjergbyen Altenau den fælles bygd Altenau-Schulenberg i Oberharz med kun ét byråd.
Schulenberg ligger i Oberharz i Naturpark Harz. Hovedbyen ligger cirka 8 km syd for hovedbyen Goslar, vestligt over Okertalsperre på en højde af omkring 450 til 505 m over havets overflade. Den højeste hævning i nærheden er Schalke. Mod nordvest leder landskabet over den Lille Wiesenberg til den Store Wiesenberg. Sydvest for Schulenberg løber Riesenbach ud i den arm af dæmningen, der forsynes af Schalke.
